Conditions for using intesmesur.pro. Last updated: 22 July 2026.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website intesmesur.pro, operated by Alentejo Cycle Works, Rua da República 47, 7800-515 Beja, Portugal (contact: [email protected]). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site provides information about our bicycle shop and workshop in Beja, including services, events, and contact details. Content is for general information. Product availability, prices, and workshop turnaround times may change and should be confirmed with us directly.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, browsing or submitting a contact form does not create a sales or service contract. Contracts for bikes, parts, rentals, or workshop work are formed in person or through a clear written confirmation from us, subject to Portuguese consumer and commercial law where applicable.
Text, layout, logos, and images on this site are owned by Alentejo Cycle Works or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt security, scrape content at scale without permission, submit unlawful or abusive messages, or impersonate another person.
Links to external sites (for example the CNPD website) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We strive to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Portuguese and EU law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Courts of the district of Beja shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules for residents of other EU Member States. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
